At the 2024 Australian Dialogue on Bribery and Corruption, Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus KC MP acknowledged the Bribery Prevention Network as a pioneering public-private partnership.
He highlighted its significant role in uniting business, civil society, and government to combat bribery and corruption.
“The Bribery Prevention Network draws on the resources and expertise of larger companies to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in building and maintaining anti‑bribery compliance programs.”
The Network was commended for its collaborative efforts in supporting Australian businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in developing anti-bribery compliance resources.
“The Network has produced a broad range of guidance materials and supports a number of measures which are enhancing the capability of Australian companies to address the foreign bribery risk.”
